Cecil is a shopkeeper at the Clothing Shop on New Golden Sands Outpost.

Lore

Cecil was one of the residents of Golden Sands Outpost to be imprisoned by Captain Flameheart during the Forts of the Forgotten Adventure. After being rescued during the events of Forts of the Forgotten, he took refuge at an unknown location set up by Larinna.

He and the other residents of Golden Sands Outposts returned to their home to rebuild with the assistance of Merrick. With the successful rebuilding of New Golden Sands Outpost, he has returned to his former shopkeeper duties.

I've been at Golden Sands for just over a year.
Before that I did two years at Dagger Tooth outpost.
Didn't like it one bit, too many unfriendly types.
I love it here and intend to work hard until I'm promoted.

You look friendly enough, what would you recommend I buy?

You've certainly asked the right person.
I've been voted 'most dependable clothing advisor' for the last three years.
Just take your time, please don't rush into any rash decisions.
I'm not allowed to do any refunds I'm afraid.

Any chance of a discount, Cecil?

Oh, I'd love to knock a few gold off.
But sadly I can't.
My boss, Mr. Blackeye, keeps a keen eye on the accounts and would surely notice.
He's a rather rough type and I'd rather not get on his bad side.
Come back when I'm in charge and I'll happily do a deal.

Trivia

• Cecil previously worked at Dagger Tooth Outpost for two years.
• He references "Mr. Blackeye" as his boss, and infers that the Clothing Shops are a chain. It's unknown whether Mr. Blackeye runs all Clothing Shops or not.
