NPCs are Non-player Characters in Sea of Thieves. They can serve a variety of purposes, such as shopkeepers, Trading Company representatives, and also as part of Quests and Tall Tales.

The Glorious Sea Dog acts as the a hub for the Sea Dogs. Since the closure of The Arena, only those NPCs that were accessible through Adventure Mode can still be visited in-game.

Athena's Fortune Hideout NPCs

These are the NPCs found at the Athena's Fortune Hideout hidden under every Outpost tavern. Only accessible to Pirate Legends.
