— Signposts on Morrow's Peak Outpost

Morrow's Peak Outpost is one of seven Outposts and is located within the region of The Devil's Roar at coordinate V-17.

The Outpost is built around a shipwreck, littered with geysers and surrounded by rocks, with a volcano on the north west side. The volcano is dormant and will no longer erupt, so you needn't worry about being hit by burning debris while docked. The island has two docks, one of which had fallen into disrepair, however it was removed and the Sovereigns dock is now in its place. Despite being an Outpost, crews cannot spawn at Morrow's Peak Outpost when entering The Sea of Thieves.

Mechanics[]

  • Outposts are island towns where crews and their ships spawn when beginning a game, or sometimes after their ship is sunk.
  • Outposts contain shops where items can be purchased. Each Outpost contains a tavern and one of each shop.
  • Representatives of Trading Companies can be found at Outposts, from whom crews can pick up Voyages and sell treasure.
  • Players can represent these companies as Emissaries by using Emissary Tables here.

NPCs[]

Legends of the Sea[]

The following Legends of the Sea player immortalizations are found on this island:

  • Delicious Delivery: By the Merchant Alliance on the dock, there is a package dedicated to Dominik for a heartwarming story that reached front page of Reddit.

Notes[]

  • Morrow's Peak Outpost, like many islands in The Devil's Roar, contains a volcano which would erupt from time to time. However, since patch 2.5.2, it is no longer active.

Trivia[]

  • The Outpost is named after Grace Morrow and is built around the wreck of her ship, the Shroudbreaker.
