I'm Senior Trader Mollie, ensuring the Merchant Alliance transports animals with the care they deserve.

What can you tell me about the Merchant Alliance?

I'm so pleased you are interested in our mission to deliver animals with the utmost care to our customers.
Entertaining chickens with all kinds of different coloured feathers.
Charming pigs with their cute little noses and twirly tails.
Snakes whose lustrous scales shine in the midday sun.
We sometimes deal in other things, but let's not talk about that.

Being a Merchant sounds easy. Grab a box, push an animal inside then collect some gold.

Have you been talking to Mavis?
That woman has no place as a merchant! All she cares about is speed.
Looking after the animals is the important part.
Take our comfortable crates, carefully entice the animals inside then deliver them back to us in fine health.

What is an Emissary? (Post-2.0.14)

An Emissary is like a Company representative. Think of it like choosing to not just work for us, but to partner yourself with us.
For a one-off fee, you'll be entitled to sail in our name any time you like, earning much greater rewards. Especially if you outdo other Emissaries.
I suggest you conduct yourself like a true Merchant, however, and ensure that your ship and uniform pass muster.

Can I get a contract to catch Sharks and Krakens? (Pre-2.0.14)

I really like the sound of that!
Who wouldn't love to spend some time feeding those majestic sharks and cleaning the Kraken's tentacles?
Next time the Alliance meets I'll suggest we expand our business.
